The information on this site is provided for general purposes and is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the day it is published. We correct errors as soon as we find them.

2. Colors on your screen

Screens render color differently. A boot photographed under studio light will not match what you see on your phone in a lit room. Color names are the manufacturer's names, cleaned up for readability, not a color standard.

3. Measurements

Heel heights, shaft heights and calf widths shown on a product page are the manufacturer's figures for a single sample size, usually a US 7 or 8. They change across the size run, and footwear carries normal production variation of a fraction of an inch between pairs. Treat them as a guide.

4. Brand independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for any footwear brand or designer. Style words like "Chelsea", "cowgirl", "combat", "moto", "gogo" or "riding boot" describe a shape, not a maker.

5. Stock figures

Quantities shown are the figures supplied by our manufacturing partner. They are not a live count of finished pairs sitting on a shelf and are not a guarantee of availability. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we tell you and refund it in full.

6. Delivery estimates

The 3–5 and 8–12 business day windows are estimates based on how our partner and carriers normally perform. They are not guaranteed delivery dates, and customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them.

7. Fit and comfort

Nothing on this site is advice about foot health. If you have a foot, ankle or circulation condition, or you need orthotics, ask a qualified professional before buying tall or fitted boots. We do not claim any of our products treat, prevent or relieve a medical condition.

8. Materials

Where a listing says faux suede, faux leather, vegan leather, PU or faux fur, the material is synthetic. We do not describe any product as genuine leather unless the manufacturer states it, and we do not claim any product is waterproof beyond what the manufacturer's own description supports.

9. No reviews or endorsements

This site displays no customer reviews, no star ratings, no testimonials and no press endorsements, because we are a new store and have not collected any. Any review, rating or endorsement presented elsewhere in our name did not come from us.
