Pick Havenn is a small online store that sells one thing: boots for women. We are based in Australia, we ship worldwide, and we work with a manufacturing partner in China who makes and ships the boots we list.
Why we only sell boots
Most shoe stores treat a boot like any other shoe: a picture, a price, a row of sizes. That leaves out the two measurements that decide whether a boot actually works on your leg — how high the shaft comes up, and how wide it is at the calf. We built this store around those two numbers. Every product page says whether the boot finishes at the ankle, mid calf or knee, and every product that is cut wide through the calf is tagged and grouped so you can shop that group on its own.
What we carry
Western and cowgirl boots, knee high and riding boots, ankle boots and booties, Chelsea boots, combat and moto boots, platform boots, rain boots and insulated snow boots, plus a small number of boot accessories. Sizes run US 6 to US 10, with half sizes and wide widths on part of the range. Prices sit between $50 and $80.
How we operate
- We do not hold stock in any country we ship to. Orders are made up and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in China and flown to your address.
- We are not a marketplace and not a reseller of branded footwear. The boots we list are unbranded factory styles sold under our own store name.
- We have no retail store and no showroom. Everything is sold from this website.
- We are a new store. We do not publish review counts, customer numbers or awards, because we have not earned any yet.
Shipping and returns in one line
Flat $7.95 shipping worldwide, free once your order reaches $60. Orders leave in 3–5 business days and arrive 8–12 business days after that, so plan on 11–17 business days in total. Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
