If the fit is wrong
Boots are the hardest shoe to buy online, so the return route is short and we will not argue about a calf that did not close.
Email support@pickhavenn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the exact address and reference.
Post the pair back, unworn, tags on, in its box. You cover that postage unless the boot arrived faulty or wrong.
Refund to your original card within 5–7 business days of the parcel arriving.
Questions people ask before ordering
Do these run true to size?
We list the manufacturer's US size and nothing else. We are a new store with no return data yet, so we will not guess. If you are between sizes and the boot is fleece or faux fur lined, take the larger one.
Will a knee high boot close over my calf?
Styles cut wide through the calf are grouped under Wide Calf. Each product page says whether the shaft is fixed, elasticated, buckled or zipped, which is what decides how much it gives.
Are these a brand I would recognize?
No. They are unbranded factory styles sold under our own name. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller for any footwear brand.
Why does delivery take up to 17 business days?
Because the boots are made up and shipped from China rather than held in a local warehouse. That is also why the price is what it is.
Is there a phone number?
No. Email is the only channel we run, and we answer within 24 hours including weekends.
