We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any sensitive personal information as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

3. Cookies and tracking, stated plainly

Our ecommerce platform sets cookies that are necessary for the store to work — keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, protecting the checkout against fraud — and it records first-party analytics about visits to this store on our behalf.

As of the date above this store runs no Google Ads tag, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party advertising or retargeting tracker. If that changes, we will update this section and the date above before the tracker goes live.

4. Where the information comes from

From you directly when you order or email us, automatically from your browser when you visit, and from our service providers when they act for us.

5. Who we share it with

Our ecommerce platform — hosts the store and the checkout.
Our payment processor — takes and settles the payment.
Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner in China and the carriers it uses — receive your name, address, phone number where given, and the items, in order to make up and deliver the parcel.
Our returns facility in Union City, California — receives your order reference when a return is authorized.
Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, because we run no advertising trackers. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers.

6. International transfer

We operate from Australia and our fulfillment partner is in China, so your order details are transferred outside the United States in order to fulfill your order. Placing an order is your instruction to us to make that transfer.

7. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records for 7 years, as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails for 2 years. Analytics records for up to 14 months. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — you may have the right to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.

To exercise a right, email support@pickhavenn.com with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within 24 hours and complete the request within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where the law allows. We verify you by matching the email address and order details you give us against our records; we do not ask for ID documents. An authorized agent may act for you with written proof.

9. Global Privacy Control

Our platform honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request for the browser that sends it. You can also use the opt-out form our platform provides at Your Privacy Choices.
