To make the first reply useful, include your order number, the size and color you ordered, and a photo if the question is about the boot itself.
What we can help with
- Sizing and calf width — tell us your usual US size and, for a knee high or mid calf style, your calf measurement in inches.
- Order status — tracking is emailed when the parcel is dispatched, which is 3–5 business days after you order.
- Changing or cancelling an order — possible within 24 hours of purchase, before the order is passed to the warehouse.
- Returns and refunds — 30 days from delivery. Do not post anything back before you have a return authorization from us, or we cannot match the parcel to your order.

What we do not have
